All of our merchandise is handmade with the highest quality and lots of attention to detail.

We welcome custom orders for hair accessories, clothing and aprons. Please let us know if you have a color scheme or theme in mind and we'll do our best to design something that matches your needs.

We accept PayPal debit/credit card payments.

PayPal and debit/credit card payments are expected within 48 hours of order confirmation. 

 

Shipping

All items will ship via USPS first class mail.

Faster shipping methods are available

for an additional fee.

Canada/International - Your items will ship first class international. If you would like to insure your package please let us know.

Packages are shipped within 1-2 business days

after payment is received.

For a rush shipment please contact us.

Shipping fees do not include insurance. LilDiva can not be responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipment.

Refunds / Exchanges

LilDiva wants all customers to be 100% happy with their purchases! If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase returns/exchanges are accepted provided the items have not been worn or used and are still in the original packaging. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your items. Shipping fees will not be refunded and any fees to re-ship merchandise will be at the buyer's expense.

heat treated to ensure they last.
